All products sold by VeraxBio are designated Research Use Only (RUO) and are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for any diagnostic, therapeutic, or prophylactic application in humans or animals.
This Policy exists to ensure that VeraxBio products reach only qualified purchasers operating within lawful research contexts, and to establish clear contractual boundaries around permitted and prohibited uses. Members located outside the United States are not eligible to purchase from VeraxBio. Any order placed using a U.S. shipping address on behalf of an international recipient constitutes a material misrepresentation and a violation of this Policy.
VeraxBio compounds may be subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS). Members are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable export control requirements. VeraxBio disclaims all liability for any export control violation arising from a Member’s actions.
