All VeraxBio products are Research Use Only (RUO) peptide compounds shipped under cold-chain conditions. Due to the perishable and temperature-sensitive nature of these products, all sales are final once an order has entered fulfillment. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

PART A — SHIPPING

A1. Fulfillment and Cold-Chain Standards

VeraxBio fulfills all orders through a U.S.-based third-party logistics (3PL) partner operating under standard warehouse management protocols. All peptide compounds are stored and shipped under cold-chain conditions to preserve compound integrity from the point of packaging through carrier handoff.

VeraxBio cold-chain shipping standards include:

  • Insulated packaging with appropriate refrigerant (ice packs or dry ice) sized to the shipment and expected transit time.
  • Temperature-appropriate carrier selection based on order destination and seasonal conditions.
  • AuthentiChain™ NFC per-vial verification intact at the point of fulfillment, allowing Members to confirm chain-of-custody upon receipt.

Cold-chain integrity is verified through the point of carrier handoff. Once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier, VeraxBio is not responsible for temperature excursions caused by carrier handling, delays, or delivery failures.

A2. Order Processing Times

Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Standard order processing time is 1–3 business days from the date of order confirmation, subject to product availability and payment verification.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day, or on a weekend or holiday, will begin processing on the next business day. VeraxBio will notify Members of any material delay in order processing via email.

A3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Timeframes

VeraxBio ships exclusively within the United States via carriers selected to support cold-chain integrity. Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

  • Standard (2-Day): 2 business days from the date of shipment — default method for all orders.
  • Expedited (Overnight): Next business day from the date of shipment — available upon request where carrier coverage permits.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. VeraxBio is not liable for carrier delays outside of its control, including weather events, carrier capacity issues, or address exceptions. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

A4. Address Accuracy and Delivery Responsibility

Members are solely responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at the time of order. VeraxBio is not liable for failed deliveries, mis-delivered shipments, or product degradation resulting from an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the Member.

If a shipment is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failed delivery attempt, VeraxBio will contact the Member. A reshipping fee will apply and product integrity cannot be guaranteed following a return transit. Refunds will not be issued for shipments returned due to Member address errors.

Shipments are made to U.S. addresses only. P.O. Boxes are not accepted for cold-chain shipments. A physical delivery address with carrier access is required.

A5. Signature Requirements and Delivery Attempts

Adult signature may be required upon delivery for certain orders at VeraxBio’s discretion, including high-value orders or orders shipping to addresses with a history of delivery issues. Members will be notified if signature is required at the time of shipment confirmation.

If a delivery attempt is made and no one is available to receive the shipment, the carrier will follow its standard re-attempt or hold procedures. Members are responsible for coordinating with the carrier to retrieve held shipments promptly. VeraxBio is not liable for product degradation resulting from failed delivery attempts or delayed pickup from carrier hold locations.

A6. Shipment Tracking

A tracking number will be provided to the Member via email upon shipment confirmation. Members are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the provided tracking information. VeraxBio is not liable for delivery failures where tracking confirms delivery to the specified address.

A7. International Shipping

VeraxBio does not ship internationally. All orders must be shipped to a U.S. domestic address. Any attempt to use a U.S. forwarding address or freight forwarder to export VeraxBio products internationally constitutes a violation of the Acceptable Use Policy and these Terms. VeraxBio disclaims all liability for any product exported in violation of this restriction.

PART B — REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

B1. General Refund Policy

VeraxBio operates a strict all-sales-final policy for all RUO peptide products. Returns are not accepted and refunds are not available once an order has been confirmed and entered into fulfillment processing. This policy exists because RUO peptide compounds are perishable, temperature-sensitive, and prepared in custom lots. Cold-chain integrity cannot be verified after a shipment leaves our fulfillment partner, making returns operationally and scientifically impermissible.

Exceptions are limited to the specific circumstances defined in Sections B2 through B6 below.

B2. Pre-Fulfillment Cancellation

Members may request cancellation of an order before it has entered fulfillment processing. A cancellation request submitted prior to fulfillment initiation may be eligible for a full refund of the order amount.

To request a pre-fulfillment cancellation:

  • Email hello@veraxbio.com immediately with subject line “Cancellation Request – [Order Number].”
  • Include the order number, registered email address, and reason for cancellation.

VeraxBio will confirm whether the order has entered fulfillment. If fulfillment has not commenced, the order will be cancelled and a full refund issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. If fulfillment has already begun, cancellation is no longer available.

B3. No Returns on Shipped Orders

Once an order has shipped, it is not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances, including change of mind, duplicate order, or quantity error. This applies to all peptide compounds regardless of whether the outer packaging has been opened.

B4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, Members must contact VeraxBio within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery. Claims submitted after this window will not be eligible for review.

To submit a claim, provide the following to hello@veraxbio.com:

  • Order number and registered email address.
  • Clear photographic documentation of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s) and outer packaging, including the AuthentiChain™ NFC label where applicable.
  • A written description of the issue.

VeraxBio will review submitted claims and, where the issue is verified as attributable to fulfillment or manufacturing, will coordinate a replacement shipment at no additional cost, subject to product availability and supplier confirmation. Cash refunds are not issued for damaged or defective order claims.

B5. Lost in Transit

An order is considered lost in transit if carrier tracking has not updated for 7 or more consecutive business days following the last recorded scan, or if the carrier has issued a formal lost shipment confirmation.

To initiate a lost shipment claim, email hello@veraxbio.com with your order number and tracking information. VeraxBio will open a carrier investigation. Confirmed lost shipments will be reshipped at no additional cost, subject to product availability.

VeraxBio is not responsible for shipments marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as not received by the Member. In such cases, Members should contact the carrier directly to file a delivery dispute. VeraxBio will assist with carrier communication on a best-efforts basis but does not assume liability for carrier-confirmed deliveries.

B6. Subscription Billing and Prepaid Plans

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Members retain access through the final day of the paid period and will not be charged for the subsequent cycle. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced.

Prepaid subscription plans are non-refundable once the subscription period has commenced:

  • Quarterly (3-month prepay) – non-refundable upon commencement.
  • Semi-Annual (6-month prepay) – non-refundable upon commencement.
  • Annual (12-month prepay) – non-refundable upon commencement.

No partial refunds or prorated credits will be issued for early cancellation of prepaid plans, except in the event of a verified billing error attributable to VeraxBio.

B7. Billing Errors

If a Member believes they have been charged incorrectly due to a VeraxBio billing error, they must submit a written dispute to hello@veraxbio.com within 30 days of the charge. Disputes submitted after this period will not be eligible for review. Where a billing error is confirmed, VeraxBio will issue a corrective refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

B8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Members who initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting VeraxBio to seek resolution may have their account suspended pending investigation. VeraxBio reserves the right to contest chargebacks where the underlying transaction complied with these Terms. Frivolous or bad-faith chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and recovery of associated fees.

B9. Governing Terms and Dispute Resolution

This Shipping & Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any dispute arising under or related to this Policy shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration in Wyoming, consistent with the dispute resolution provisions of the VeraxBio Terms and Conditions. Members waive the right to bring any claim under this Policy as part of a class action or representative proceeding.
