VeraxBio LLC (“VeraxBio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a research-use-only (RUO) peptide supplier. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data submitted by visitors, registered members, and wholesale clients (“Members”) who access or use veraxbio.com and related services (collectively, the “Services”). This Policy also incorporates our Cookie Policy (Section 5) and our California Consumer Privacy Act Notice (Section 12) for California residents.
By accessing the Services or submitting personal data, Members consent to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.
1. Data Collection and Consent
Personal data is collected through direct interactions and through automated means. The following categories of data may be collected:
- Personal Data – name, email address, mailing address, and payment information.
- Identity Verification – government-issued identification submitted for membership verification.
- Research & Order Data – compound selection, order history, and protocol references provided voluntarily for order processing. VeraxBio does not verify the accuracy or completeness of any such data submitted by Members.
- Cookies and Tracking Data – IP addresses, device type, browser type, referring URLs, and session data collected automatically through website interactions. See Section 5 for full cookie disclosure.
VeraxBio does not offer medical services and does not collect sensitive health data such as medical records, diagnostic reports, or clinical histories. All products sold by VeraxBio are strictly for research use only and are not intended for human consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any disease or condition.
2. Data Usage
Data collected by VeraxBio is processed solely for the following lawful operational purposes:
- Order processing, fulfillment, and account management.
- Membership verification and identity validation.
- Regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and contractual enforcement.
- Dispute resolution and internal audit.
- Internal analytics using anonymized or aggregated data.
- Marketing communications, solely with explicit Member consent.
Member data will not be sold to third parties. Data will not be used for marketing purposes without the Member’s explicit prior consent.
3. Data Storage and Security
All collected data is stored on secure systems implementing encryption, access controls, and industry-standard data protection protocols. Access to Member data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
VeraxBio may engage secure third-party processors for data storage, payment processing, communications delivery, and analytics. All third-party processors are contractually required to adhere to industry-standard data protection practices.
VeraxBio implements reasonable security measures; however, no method of transmission or storage is entirely secure. VeraxBio cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted via unencrypted channels, including email or SMS. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. VeraxBio shall not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from a Member’s failure to secure their account.
4. Member Rights and Data Access
Members have the following rights with respect to their personal data:
- Access – request a complete copy of personal data held by VeraxBio at any time.
- Correction – update or correct inaccurate information.
- Deletion – request deletion of personal data, subject to applicable legal or regulatory retention obligations.
- Opt-Out – withdraw consent for marketing communications by replying STOP to any SMS message, or by contacting hello@veraxbio.com. Opting out will not affect access to the Services.
To exercise any right, submit a written request to hello@veraxbio.com. VeraxBio will respond within 30 days of receipt.
5. Cookie Policy
This section constitutes the VeraxBio Cookie Policy and is incorporated into this Privacy Policy in full. VeraxBio uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on veraxbio.com to operate the Services, analyze usage, and improve Member experience.
5.1 What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on a Member’s device by a website. They allow the website to recognize the device across sessions, store preferences, and collect usage data. Similar technologies include web beacons, pixels, and local storage objects, all of which may be used by VeraxBio for the same purposes.
5.2 Types of Cookies We Use
- Strictly Necessary Cookies – Required for the Services to function. These enable core features such as login sessions, cart management, and checkout. They cannot be disabled without impairing service functionality.
- Performance and Analytics Cookies – Collect anonymized data about how Members interact with the site (pages visited, time on page, error events). Used to improve site performance and user experience. Providers may include Google Analytics and PostHog.
- Functional Cookies – Remember Member preferences such as language, region, and display settings to personalize the experience.
- Marketing and Targeting Cookies – Used to deliver relevant advertising and to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. These are only set with explicit Member consent.
5.3 Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies on veraxbio.com are set by third-party services integrated into the platform, including analytics providers, payment processors, and advertising networks. VeraxBio does not control the cookie practices of third-party services. Members should review the privacy policies of those providers directly.
5.4 Cookie Consent and Control
By using veraxbio.com, Members consent to the use of strictly necessary cookies. For all other cookie categories, consent is collected at the time of first visit via the cookie consent banner. Members may withdraw or modify consent at any time through the cookie preference center accessible in the website footer.
Members may also control cookies through their browser settings. Most browsers allow Members to view, block, or delete cookies. Note that disabling non-essential cookies will not affect access to the Services, but may limit certain personalization features. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may impair core site functionality.
5.5 Cookie Retention
Cookie retention periods vary by type:
- Session cookies – deleted when the browser is closed.
- Persistent cookies – retained for a defined period, typically between 30 days and 24 months depending on purpose, after which they expire automatically.
Members may delete persistent cookies at any time through browser settings.
6. Data Sharing, Processing, and Third-Party Processors
VeraxBio may share Member data with third-party processors strictly for the following operational purposes:
- Payment processing and fraud prevention.
- Data storage and infrastructure management.
- Communications delivery (email, SMS).
- Website analytics and performance monitoring.
All third-party processors are bound by contractual obligations to maintain industry-standard data protection practices. Member data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent.
7. Data Retention and Disposal
Personal data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law or regulatory obligations. Data that is no longer required will be securely deleted using industry-standard disposal methods.
Members will be notified of material changes to this Privacy Policy via email, SMS, or a prominent notice on the VeraxBio website no less than 14 days prior to the change taking effect.
8. Data Breach Notification and Limitation of Liability
In the event of a data breach involving personal data, VeraxBio will notify affected Members within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach. Notification will identify the nature of the breach, the categories of data affected, and recommended steps Members should take to protect themselves.
VeraxBio is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from data breaches, unauthorized access, data misuse, or third-party platform vulnerabilities, including those resulting from a Member’s own negligence in securing account credentials. This limitation of liability applies to VeraxBio LLC, its affiliates, service providers, and contractors.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. VeraxBio does not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If VeraxBio becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 18 without appropriate verification, that data will be deleted promptly. Parents or guardians who believe their child has submitted personal data to VeraxBio should contact hello@veraxbio.com immediately.
10. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any dispute arising under or related to this Privacy Policy—including disputes relating to data privacy, breach of contract, or data misuse—shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration administered in the State of Wyoming. Members waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. All claims must be brought on an individual basis only.
This arbitration provision applies to VeraxBio LLC, its affiliates, service providers, and contractors.
11. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Notice
This Section applies exclusively to California residents and supplements the Privacy Policy above. It is provided pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
12.1 Categories of Personal Information Collected
In the preceding 12 months, VeraxBio has collected the following categories of personal information from California consumers:
- A. Identifiers and Contact Information – name, email address, mailing address, IP address.
- B. Commercial Information – records of products purchased, order history, and subscription selections.
- C. Internet or Network Activity – browsing history, search history, and interactions with the website.
- D. Geolocation Data – approximate physical location derived from IP address.
- E. Financial Information – payment card information (processed and stored by third-party payment processors; not retained by VeraxBio).
VeraxBio does not collect sensitive personal information as defined under CPRA (e.g., Social Security numbers, precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, health data) in the ordinary course of its RUO operations.
12.2 Sources of Personal Information
Personal information is collected directly from Members (registration, orders, communications) and automatically through website interactions (cookies, analytics tools).
12.3 Business or Commercial Purposes for Collection
Personal information is used for order fulfillment, account management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, internal analytics, and marketing communications where consent has been provided.
12.4 Sharing of Personal Information
VeraxBio may share personal information with third-party service providers for operational purposes including payment processing, data storage, logistics, and analytics. VeraxBio does not sell personal information to third parties.
We do not sell your personal information.
12.5 Your California Privacy Rights
California residents have the following rights under CCPA/CPRA:
- Right to Know – request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, the sources, the business purposes, and the categories of third parties with whom it has been shared, for the preceding 12 months.
- Right to Delete – request deletion of personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions.
- Right to Correct – request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing – VeraxBio does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. No opt-out is required.
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information – VeraxBio does not use sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary for the Services.
- Right to Non-Discrimination – VeraxBio will not discriminate against any California resident for exercising their CCPA/CPRA rights.
12.6 How to Submit a Request
California residents may submit a request to know, delete, or correct by contacting VeraxBio at:

VeraxBio will verify your identity before processing any request by confirming information associated with your account. Requests may be made no more than twice within a 12-month period. VeraxBio will acknowledge receipt within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 days, with one possible 45-day extension where reasonably necessary.
12.7 Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a CCPA request on your behalf. The agent must provide written authorization signed by you. VeraxBio may require direct verification of your identity in addition to the agent’s authorization.
12.8 Financial Incentives
VeraxBio does not offer financial incentives in exchange for the collection, retention, or sale of personal information.
