International Shipping & Import Compliance

This International Shipping & Import Compliance Agreement ("Agreement") applies to any VeraxBio order with a shipping destination outside the United States. By selecting a non-U.S. shipping destination and affirmatively accepting this Agreement at checkout, you agree to the terms below for that specific order.

1. Importer of Record

Products are sold for export. You are the buyer and the importer of record for shipments to any destination outside the United States. You are solely responsible for compliance with all import laws, licensing, registration, and regulations of the destination country, including any laws governing research-use-only materials.

2. No Import-Legality Representation

The availability of a destination country at checkout is not a representation that VeraxBio has determined that any particular product may be lawfully imported into that country. VeraxBio makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that the products in your order may be lawfully imported into any specific destination.

3. International Shipping Rates

International shipping rates are based on the destination country and are determined by VeraxBio Shipping Zone. Current standard international rates are: Zone 1 — $75 USD; Zone 2 — $95 USD; Zone 3 — $115 USD; Zone 4 — $135 USD.

International shipping is complimentary when your order's net merchandise value after discounts is $1,250 USD or more. "Net merchandise value after discounts" means the sum of unit prices for the items in your order, minus any applicable order-level discount, before shipping, tax, duties, VAT, tariffs, brokerage, permits, or other destination-specific charges. The applicable shipping charge, if any, is displayed at checkout before the order is submitted.

Standard zone pricing does not include customs duties, taxes, VAT, tariffs, brokerage charges, import fees, permits, remote-area surcharges, or other destination-specific charges. Certain remote locations or destinations with unusual carrier surcharges may require an additional shipping charge or may be unavailable for shipment. If an additional shipping charge is required, VeraxBio will contact the customer before shipment. International shipments are sent via a tracked international courier service.

4. Estimated Delivery

Estimated international delivery is 5–15 business days after payment is received. This is an estimate and is not guaranteed. Customs processing, inspections, import procedures, carrier delays, local authorities, remote destinations, or other circumstances outside VeraxBio's reasonable control may extend delivery.

5. Duties, Taxes, and Destination Charges

You are responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, VAT, sales or import taxes, brokerage fees, permits, and any other charge levied by the destination country, its customs authority, or a carrier acting on its behalf. VeraxBio does not collect, remit, or pre-pay destination charges on your behalf.

6. Risk Allocation After Export

You assume all risk of customs inspection, delay, detention, seizure, duty, damage, or loss arising after export from the United States. VeraxBio will not refund or replace shipments affected by any such event.

7. Acceptance and Change of Destination

By submitting your international order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to Version 1.1 of this Agreement for the specific destination and shipping address associated with that order. If you change your shipping country or your shipping address after acceptance and before order submission, you will be asked to review and re-accept this Agreement for the updated destination.
